Need advice on hair styles for men please!?

Hi, for the past few months I've had trouble deciding on a good hair style. I don't mind short hair, as long as its not too short. I decided on this style

I know I look like a kid, but I'm 20.


I'm wondering from anyone that wants to give input, should I keep growing my hair out to get that style, or if you think I would look good with another style, could you please let me know! I really need some advice! Thank you.Need advice on hair styles for men please!?

You should go with a short hair cut and some faint gold highlights.
try taking out the long and in with the short,but i think your hair would look great like Johnny's
