Try a nair product, or another type of hair removal poduct like that. They do make a version specifically made for men, so that it will help with hair. Mind you, its a chemical, so if you have sensitive skin or use it on sensitive areas, you can literally burn yourself.
if its not a large amount of hair, you can use tweezers to pluck the hair. it may take a long time, but in the end its worth it.
