I own a 10 which is a 1inch 1/4 gurad,,,,you can also make it a 10.5 by flipping the blade out on the clippers...

5 is 5/8 6 is 3/4 an inch

6 is 3/4 of of an inch

7 is 7/8

8 is one inch

then you can add a half size to each
